WE REALLY ENJOY THIS BOOK. I AGREE W/ THE LAST REVIEWER, "DRAT THAT CAT" SOUNDS BETTER, SO WE SAY THAT INSTEAD OF "BOTHER THAT CAT". ANOTHER GREAT BOOK BY KERR IS 'THE TIGER WHO CAME TO TEA'.

I loved this book as a child and was pleased to find the Anniversary Edition in print. As I read the book to my daughter I couldn't believe that they changed the best part of the book. Instead of "Drat That Cat", it has been changed to "Bother That Cat".
Some things should never be changed.
I don't think I would have bought the book had I known the words were different.

This is a wonderful book that I always loved as a child. I am so glad to see that it has a 30th edition out. Any child would really enjoy this book...I know I sure did!!
