This is a great companion to Joy Bauer's groundbreaking 90/10 Plan. This is a diet plan that doesn't feel like one and offers stunning results without giving anything up. The recipes are accessible, easy to prepare, and offer a wide range of options for even the fussiest of eaters. This is a book to be used for years to come.

When I bought the 90/10 Plan, I was excited to find a diet that was realistic. It taught me a new lifestyle. The problem for me has always been cooking. When I make my own food, I have a hard time figuring out the calories and such for what I've put in. And then there's portion control!But, with Cooking with Joy, I've found a great way to make healthy, tasty food that limits both calories and portion. It's been a great help, and I'm keeping the weight off. If you have the 90/10 Plan, this is a must. Even if you don't, it's a great set of recipes to help shed the pounds!
