Rating: 5 / 5
This book tells about Samantha's past. Everyone knew Samantha had no mother and how it still haunted her, but what happened so long ago was unknown. This book tells about Samantha's heartbreaking past, how her mother died, how she was forced to move from track to track, and all the hard times she was forced to face. As she constantly grew attached to horses just as they were sold, she had to move on. Samantha's memories come flooding back to her when her adopted sister, Cindy, is tossed from her horse just like her mother had been. Samantha's life is like a rollarcoaster, there are ups and downs everywhere. I admire Samantha's courage as she puts her past behind her and looks forward to the future.

Great book

Love the book but there is one thing I do not get. Why does Samantha's dad all the sudden expect her to stay away from horses when she has been around them all her life?? If anyone has any ideas on this Please email me. ...
