WHAT'S WRONG WITH VALERIE?
Book: WHAT'S WRONG WITH VALERIE?
Written by: Fowler
Publisher: Pocket
Average Customer Rating: 5 / 5

Who is this author?
Rating: 5 / 5
For years I have treasured my small collection of D.A. (Debra) Fowler books. I have spent hours trying to track down any info on this author. Aside from a few sparkling reviews by other rabid fans of the genre, the internet and the rest of the world seems to be ignorant of her/his talents. If anyone knows anything pls contact me: jcentofa@bordersgroupinc.com
In the meantime, track down a copy of this book! Its demented and its genius. Then after you read it six or seven times, track down 'Whats wrong with Tamara?' and 'Bad Blood.'

There is a devil of that there is no doubt...
Rating: 5 / 5
But is he trying to get in you or trying to get out?

That is one of the questions lingering in my mind
with each turn of the page of this clever, horror book.
Which keeps pages turning from cover to end.
What I ecspecially enjoy, is the voice that the author
uses to portray the mind of "Valerie Scott"and/or characters
introduced into the story.
The voice stays the same, which leads the reader to turn the page in wonder: Is she really hearing the voices of the dead communicating through her type-writer?, Or is she really criminally insane?
The author's descriptions of the places, people and even victims' bodies after death, are chillingly detailed.
Ecspecially the cause and effect of two of her victims poisoned by cyanide, who later come to haunt her, along with the monsters that visit Valerie every night; thirsting for her to kill again..so they can feed.
The surprise ending will shock you..much like a dream...
The story has an underlining scary truth.
We all day dream about things.. things that we would never do....
but what if we are awake dreaming that we are asleep?
Of which, "devils will go where angels fear to tread".
I loved this book..and I highly recommend it!!!
