For every woman who didn't marry their first love!
Rating: 5 / 5
....which is most married women! An acurrate portrayal of the stages of love. Ms. Dunker is an excellent writer. I especially appreciated that she did not end at the part "...and they lived happily ever after." It also reinforces that love is worth the work and committment to make it "happy ever after." Thank you Marilee! Please write more.

A tantilizing tale of first love found and lost....
Rating: 5 / 5
Amanda Rose...Amanda Rose....This was by far one of the most wonderful romances I have read in a long time. The way that Chris and Amanda meet as she is visiting her grandparents on Walker's Point makes me long for the peace and beauty of the beach. I was so sorry that Amanda had to fall in love and marry Nick. However, when she was later reunited with Chris in New York, it opened up a can of emotions that never went away. The ending was just beautiful. It brought tears to my eyes. This is a wonderful novel about first love, the way it's meant to be.
