Waht a resource
Rating: 5 / 5
Book is built to last. It's two years old and only in two pieces. Which may seem like alot but our twins fight over it. Now our 1 year old want to get in on it as well. We may have theree pieces soon which is still acceptable given the rough housing over it.

Another "First" book that my son adores!! Many different animals are represented & he loves to go through each page & each animal... GREAT book- highly recommend all "first" books!!

Large variety of animals
Rating: 4 / 5
My First Animal Book contains dozens of colorful photographs of a wide variety of animals. A few of the images are nicely drawn illustrations. Animals are classified into groups such as babies around the farm, babies in the wild, birds, creepy crawlies, giant, etc. This provides plenty for a child to look at. The only downside is that some of the animal names are not going to be picked-up by the age group this book is targeted towards (e.g., cygnet, damselfly). But it is a great book for children to start to explore the wide variety of animals on the planet!
