Skinnybones Rocks!
Rating: 5 / 5
This book is really good. I started reading it in school one day. I loved it so much that I brought it home to read. I finished that night. It's a book about a boy named Alex Frankovich that plays baseball on a little leage team. He stinks at it. You'll find out why T.J. Stoner is his worst enemy! He also has a great sense of humor. That's why I liked it. It was so funny. I'm a girl. I do ballet, and I still liked it! (Even though it was about baseball.)

Skinny Bones

Alex is not good at Baseball. As a matter of fact he stinks. Everyone calls him SkinnyBones because he is small and skinny. He has played for many of years. Then one day he brags and gets into trouble with T.J. Stoner. They do a pitching contest and loses. He gets made fun of an T.J Stoner is the best Baseball payer in the town.

Everything goes wrong until he wins a Kitty Fritters contest. He wins it on the food his cat eats. This helps kids to like him.

I think this book is good because it is funny. I think this is a Middle School book. I think people that like Baseball or sports would like this book. This book is funny because when he throws the ball it rolls over the plate.

"Oh no if I don't catch this one I'm going to me laughed at so bad!" I said. BAME! "OH NO it's coming towards ME on the ground!" I made a diving leap but missed the ball. 2 people scored. My coach was really mad. I knew I was done for. Well that's part of my book Skinnybones. Skinnybones is about a kid who plays baseball but stinks at it. He has this cat to. His mom buys the cat cheap cat food. Its called Kitty Fritters. Alex the main character thinks his cat doesn't like them. He says they taste like rubber. So he spills the food all over the kitchen floor. He blames it on his cat. He finds thus entry form. So he fills it out. Then in the end he finds out that he wins! That's really all there is to this story. Now I will tell u why I liked this book in the next paragraph.
I think this book was a page tuner. I think it was because I just want to read it and not stop. Probably because it was funny. I really liked this books genre. I think it was a comedy book. I really liked the style of writing. It was funny and keeps me reading on. I think the chapters ended really well. Like I said I just wanted to keep on reading. This book was not boring at all! My minds never wandered while I was reading. It was weird because usually it does when I don't like a book. That meant I liked this book. I think people my age and younger would enjoy reading this book. Well that's all there is to my report on the book I read called Skinnybones.
