Lebanese Cuisine
Book: Lebanese Cuisine
Written by: Madelain Farah
Publisher: Farah Publishing
Average Customer Rating: 5.0 / 5

Best Lebanese Cookbook
Rating: 5 / 5
I used this book years ago and copied out the recipes then I lost them. I am so happy. I finally found this again. Absolutely the best results from the recipes and I'm not a really good cook. I am very familiar with the traditional Lebanese cooking, having worked in a Lebanese restaurant for years. This is the best I've used and I've tried many Middle Eastern cookbooks.

Excellent Lebanese Cookbook
Rating: 5 / 5
I discovered Madelain Farah's Lebanese Cuisine cookbook almost 20 years ago and use it faithfully. The recipes are so very much like those my beloved Mother and Godmother used. I purchased a copy for each of our three grown children as I consider the book to be a must for anyone who has grown up with authentic Lebanese or Arabic cuisine.

My mother would love it.
Rating: 5 / 5
Best book I have seen on authentic Lebanese home cooking. I can still hear my father telling me how to judge the temperature of Laban using ones little finger. It's a Classic! The only real problem with the book is finding it.
