Excellent- packed with power. The author begins with this fact. So true, "Your best health insurance is to eat smart".It is packed with ideas for eating to promote, regenerate and maintain health and spiritual references served up in a different manner to keep what I will call the mindset for health. I found out Mrs.Thornton can be reached online at hmthorn@juno.com and does help if asked. I strongly believe her book, her message to "try a new way" which is probably the oldest way known- but perhaps forgotten by man, to be information that can help so many people. I am not one to write online. Yet I am so moved to recommend this again as book of the week and to urge this site to give as many people as possible the information about this book. Improved health, freedom from disease-what is that worth to any one of us...Priceless and so Precious! I received my copy quickly, followed her suggestions and began to see the benefits the first day. Over time I've seen improvements I had not expected. I welcome them and thank Mrs. Thornton for sharing her wisdom.

I have had the pleasure to work with Mrs. Millie Thornton on a number of occasions. And, I find her information to be accurate, entertaining and practical. But, the icing on the cake is that her food demonstrations are simple to prepare and VeRRRY tasty!
