... and I've read quite a few of those! I bought the book after running Terminal Server 2003 for a while, and immediately discovered better ways to implement printing and user profiles (flex profiles seem to be exactly what we needed). Explanation of licensing was also very useful.What I like most:
- very concise and accurate presentation, often with flow diagrams;
- whenever there're several methods to do something, authors always discuss advantages and disadvantages of each method;
- real-life examples;
- references to low-cost or free third-party tools;
- good style and occasional humor! I would highly recommend this book to specialists designing and implementing Terminal Services on Windows 2003 Server.

I might be a bit biased since I am a customer of Ron's but this is a solid technical book. Ron and Brian write like they are talking to you. Explaining the way things work and don't, without a bunch of boring 3 page explanations for the tiniest of things that you should know anyway, yet they still seem to jump into details of a system at just the right time. Best chapters?: Printing, the User environment, Perfromance optimization and high availability. Great resources.

Another great book from Brian. I have both of his MetaFrame XP books and this fits right into the collection. I dont use straight Terminal Server for many servers but this book seems to be able to help with both my Citrix environment and TS environment. Easy to read, good flow, doesn't sound like some boring, preachy lecture.
