Marrianne Williamson's work is both real and honest. Rather than couch things in a concepts that are alien or extremely religious, she talks to you about the realities of existing. Of how things will not always be easy, about how you will lose your way, and honestly how to see people clearly. Growth is messy, it's not neat, maturity is not easy, nor is spirtiuality delicate work, but with assistance from a tape like this you can see yourself clearly and how to bridge yourself from concept to human to spiritual being.

Marianne Williamson with her audio-cassette book titled "Marianne Williamson on dealing with Anger : Dealing with Anger and Total Defenselessness" is a "down to earth" method of dealing with everday anger situations and how to employ positive thoughts and methods of controlling anger. She mentions anger is allright as long as the anger is CONTROLLED. I believe that this is the key to successfull anger management. Marianne shares personal experiences of past situations that are helpfull with different situations. Marianne also shares a positive messege on controling and managing anger. One such positive messege is that there isn't a need to add "fuel to the fire" where she explains how you can discredit yourself when converying a messge/conflict with the other person. I don't recall if Marianne shares this next thought: "control your anger, do not let anger control you". I am pretty sure that I received this messege from Marianne's book. This statemnt refers to control and more to the point anger control. I have found this messege to be helpful in the work enviroment and personal life as well. I find that this messege on control is especially effective at the work enviroment. I strongly recommend this audio-cassette book to anyone dealing with anger and anger management!Kip Bacon
