Very Imformative and cites work which is much appreciated, when reading a book like this it is important to know that you aren't reading a bunch of made up information. The book touches on a wide range of issues and is good for anyone wanting to know more about what they are eating and how it effects everyone around them.

Meat & Dairy Cravings Stop After 3 Months!
Rating: 5 / 5
I should know. After reading John Robbin's first book, Diet For A New America, I became vegan vegetarian, and didn't miss meat or dairy after the 3 month mark. 15 years later, I still don't.

John Robbins is the very best author on the subject of why to be vegetarian. Robbins' latest book, The Food Revolution, is in-depth, insightful, compassionate and truthful. If you have even a tinge of a thought about being vegetarian or reducing your meat consumption, this book is for you.

Don't be scared-you won't miss meat and dairy if you eat a healthy plant-based diet. For vibrant health, more compassion and a healthy planet, read The Food Revolution, go vegetarian and be an example of health!

Please read this book.....it will make a beautiful difference in your life. You don't have to become a vegetarian, but you do have to become an informed consumer - Listen to the truth and then make your choices. I feel better and look better now that I am a vegan. It is one of the most important books you may ever read. Excellent!
